This project explores the possibility of using optic fibers in concrete to create dynamic wall interactions between inside - outside, along with the possibility of collecting sun-light from external facade to darker interior spaces. Since the fiber optic had to be placed in the exterior walls the following key design parameters were considered.

1: Fiber optics to be running through a re-inforced retaining concrete wall. 

2: Looking at fabrication techniques to allow easy placement and pre-fabrication.

4: Seating to be designed within this retaining wall for reading and other purposes.

3: Re-designing the reinforcement using Millipede  in the concrete keeping the positions of the seating and fiber optic tubes  for the desired effect,
